Locavore (lo-ca-vore) – noun – A person whose diet consists only or principally of locally grown/produced food.
At Mindful Brewing we wear our locavore badge proudly, and for good reason. By supporting the local community we help to build up this city that we love and its surrounding neighborhoods. By striving to truly be farm-to-table, we make the trip your food takes as short as possible. That means food that’s typically hours old instead of days or even weeks old.
When you know where your food comes from, everyone from the farmer to the chef to you, the lucky diner wins. Local means fresh, and you don’t have to be a foodie or even a locavore to know that fresh means delicious.
Not only do you get the freshest food possible aside from eating at the farmer’s table itself, but the money spent on those ingredients stays local, too. Pretty great, huh?
We source as many of the ingredients for our dishes as possible as close to the brewery as selection allows. In other words, if we can get it locally we do. That means fresher food for you and a happier community for all.
Food and beer go together like…well…food and beer! Our menu is designed with our beers in mind to give you a true pairing experience with every meal. More of a wine drinker? Our on-demand wine draft system serves up wines that pair with many of our dishes just as well, too.
